Join us for this free class which gently strengthens and stretches the whole body, all while seated. This weekly class is available to all cancer patients, caregivers and their family members.

    A free class ideal for moms going back to work, exclusively pumping or with babies in the NICU.  Bring your pump to have a lactation consultant: Teach you how to use it. Share tips on how your pump can maximize your milk supply. Check your pump’s flanges. Classes are informal. Advance registration is not required; just walk-in. You can take this class prenatal or postpartum. Babies are welcome.
