    This free 8-week class helps older adults increase strength and balance, improve their environment and overcome their fear of falling. The class runs every Tuesday for eight weeks beginning October 15. Surveys show that 97 percent of participants increase their physical activity upon completion of the program.

    A free class ideal for moms going back to work, exclusively pumping or with babies in the NICU.  Bring your pump to have a lactation consultant: Teach you how to use it. Share tips on how your pump can maximize your milk supply. Check your pump’s flanges. Classes are informal. Advance registration is not required; just walk-in. You can take this class prenatal or postpartum. Babies are welcome.
