    The Thriving and Surviving program is a free six-week program held on Fridays at 1 p.m. from September 27 to November 1. Learn more about support techniques, how to prevent or delay health complications, decision making and communication skills to maintain active and fulfilling lives. This program is offered through Delaware Health and Social Services.
