    The hip is a major weight-bearing joint in the body and is responsible for many functional activities such as walking and running, sitting and standing, and climbing stairs. Presenter Aron McConnell, PT, DPT, COMT, CSCS, Pn1 will provide insights on how to reduce pain in the hips, avoid injuries, and keep your hips strong and mobile.

    Meet other people with Parkinson’s disease and talk about how to cope with changes in your life. Speak to health professionals about how to live well with Parkinson’s disease. Care partners of individuals with Parkinson’s disease are welcome to join.
